Montlor began as Cloud Real Estate in Denver in 2013, when Tim Kinzie was 28, and grew into one of the most innovative real estate practices in the country. Across a decade it expanded from the Colorado Front Range to the West Coast and then the East, refining a discipline of marketing, data, and client care that now runs on a modern AI and software backbone. What remains is a focused, privately held brand for clients who expect intelligence, vision, and speed.

Founded by Tim Kinzie at 28. What began as a single agent quickly became a company: he moved from selling to coaching, recruiting, training, and leading agents as the brand expanded across the Colorado Front Range, north to Fort Collins, south to Colorado Springs, and west to Vail.

Two rare designations, held at a rare pace
Tim qualified as a Certified Residential Specialist, an uncommon achievement made rarer by the speed of it, and qualified as a Million Dollar Guild member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing on the strength of his luxury sales volume. Holding both that young, while personally leading a company built entirely on his own intuition and business philosophy, was rarer still.

Expansion to the West Coast
Marketing that turned stagnation into sales
Tim relocated his wife and two children to Bend, Oregon, and perfected marketing techniques that helped homeowners facing expired listings and stalled sales find success that had not been possible before. The inside sales staff, training systems, and data disciplines built here would later inform the architectures he designs across his AI and software ventures.

Expansion to the East Coast

When Covid-19 shut the West Coast down, Montlor used it as a reason to expand east. Tim was invited to contribute to The Residential Specialist, the national magazine of the Residential Real Estate Council, distributed to real estate offices across the country. Press and media began asking for his read on emerging technology, from blockchain and decentralized ownership to, early and almost alone, artificial intelligence.
